Marco Paulo Nascimento da Costa, acusado de matar Daniel Marinho, de 12 anos, no município de Ananindeua, Região Metropolitana de Belém, foi julgado na tarde da quinta-feira (20). O homem foi condenado a 21 anos de reclusão em regime fechado.
O crime aconteceu em agosto de 2020, enquanto o menino participava de uma festa na casa do avô, localizada no conjunto Guajará, e o acusado era um dos convidados.
Ssegundo informações da polícia à época do crime, a vítima estava comendo uma pizza com um amigo em um quarto da casa do avô quando foi morta com a mesma faca que o menino utilizava para cortar o alimento.
A defesa de Marco ainda pode recorrer da essa sentença.
