    Detran aplica questionário a moradores de Outeiro para melhoria dos serviços na travessia

    A escuta da população tem duplo objetivo, ouvir e coletar as sugestões de quem mais precisa dos serviços de travessia no dia a dia entre Outeiro e Icoaraci

    Visando melhorias nos serviços prestados pelo Estado, neste período, na travessia para o distrito de Icoaraci, distrito de Belém, o Departamento de Trânsito do Estado (Detran) aplicou um questionário a moradores da ilha de Outeiro, também conhecida como ilha de Caratateua, na manhã desta sexta-feira (11).

    O objetivo é a partir do questionário traçar um perfil das pessoas que utilizam as embarcações diariamente, bem como coletar as sugestões de melhoria dos serviços vindas diretamente da população,  para que este período de obras da ponte que dá acesso à ilha, transcorra de maneira mais tranquila.

    O questionário tem sete questões, cinco delas para a definição de um panorama dos usuários do transporte e duas para os relatos e sugestões da prestação do serviço.

    Moradora há 22 anos da ilha de Caratateua, a artesã Eliane Justo tem 58 anos, e, no momento, precisa se deslocar para Icoaraci, em média, quatro vezes por semana por questões de saúde e trabalho. Ela acredita que o serviço prestado pode ser ainda melhor com a escuta da população.

    “Tenho notado um constante esforço por parte do governo do Estado em minimizar os impactos para a população, realizando melhoria nesta travessia e com este questionário espero que aprimorem ainda mais”, disse a artesã Eliane Justo.

    Jomaine Marinho, que é gerente da Escola Pública de Trânsito do Detran e coordena a equipe no local, destaca o empenho do órgão para uma travessia mais tranquila aos moradores. “Com a aplicação deste questionário esperamos identificar as problemáticas dos usuários que realizam a travessia, para a constante melhoria e organização do serviço”, explica.

    Novas medidas estão sendo tomadas pelo governo do Estado para melhoramentos na travessia, como a ampliação das áreas de tendas na Sétima Rua, em Icoaraci, e na Brasília, em Outeiro, para a espera de embarque, com capacidade para mil pessoas, além da instalação de novos banheiros químicos e grades de proteção.

    “Mais um catamarã passa a fazer a travessia entre Outeiro e Icoaraci, o que reduz o tempo de espera e as filas, garantindo mais agilidade dos transportes e atendendo mais pessoas. Além de um novo flutuante coberto em Icoaraci, para ampliar o espaço de embarque e desembarque, que é muito importante”, explica José Bento Gouveia, diretor técnico-operacional do Detran.
