    Hospital Oncológico Infantil inicia o ano com ações do “Janeiro Branco”

    O Núcleo de Gestão de Pessoas (NGP) do Hospital Oncológico Infantil Octávio Lobo, em Belém, realizará, no período de 11 a 14 de janeiro, ações alusivas à campanha “Janeiro Branco” 2022, que chama a atenção para as questões e necessidades relacionadas à saúde mental e emocional.

    A iniciativa do hospital abrangerá todos os turnos de trabalho, facilitando o acesso de todos os profissionais. Para desenvolver as atividades, o NGP do Oncológico Infantil conta com o apoio de setores como Humanização, Serviço de Nutrição, Equipe Multiprofissional e Escritório de Experiência do Paciente.

    Na próxima terça-feira (11), durante a abertura do evento, haverá música ao vivo no subbsolo da instituição para recepcionar as equipes de profissionais. Nos dias 11 e 12 de janeiro serão realizadas rodas de conversa com a execução de dinâmicas com os profissionais de diferentes frentes de trabalho do hospital; além de sessões de massagem relaxante oferecida aos colaboradores.

    Ao longo da semana serão divulgados podcasts sobre temas relacionados à saúde mental e emocional, cujos conteúdos serão veiculados no sistema sonoro interno do hospital.

    “É muito importante realizar ações voltadas à saúde mental nos primeiros dias do novo ano, pois as pessoas se planejam, sonham com recomeços. É uma temática que traz benefícios para a mente e corpo, pois precisam de cuidados e atenção”, afirma a coordenadora do Núcleo de Gestão de Pessoas do Oncológico Infantil, Daiane Nogueira.

    A analista em Desenvolvimento Humano da Pró-Saúde, a psicóloga Thalissa Muniz, explica que o cuidado com a saúde mental se torna essencial para qualquer pessoa.

    “Acreditamos ser imprescindível o devido cuidado com a saúde mental, isso ajuda o indivíduo a ter em pleno funcionamento a capacidade necessária para executar suas habilidades pessoais e profissionais”, destaca a psicóloga.

    O diretor hospitalar do Oncológico Infantil, Fábio Machado, acredita que o assunto é oportuno em tempos de pandemia. “Debater um tema tão relevante como é o da saúde mental nos dá condições para enfrentar as mais diferentes situações, sem contar que nos ajuda a lidar com o equilíbrio das diferentes emoções, principalmente no contexto atual da pandemia que atravessamos”, observa.

    O Oncológico Infantil Octávio Lobo é uma unidade do Governo do Pará, gerenciada pela Pró-Saúde, entidade filantrópica que realiza a gestão de serviços de saúde e administração hospitalar há mais de 50 anos. A unidade é a principal referência em oncologia pediátrica no Norte do país.
