Buscando a integração da gestão e o estímulo de ações concretas para redução da criminalidade, considerando as peculiaridades de cada região do Estado, a Secretaria de Segurança Pública e Defesa Social (Segup) apresenta o projeto “Segurança Por Todo o Pará”, no município de Altamira, no sudoeste do estado, nesta terça-feira (9). O projeto alcançará, até o final de 2021, as 15 Regiões Integradas de Segurança Pública (Risp).
O município de Altamira, integrante da 11ª Região Integrada de Segurança Pública, é sede da Risp que contempla ainda sete municípios. A apresentação terá a presença dos gestores e representantes da segurança estadual, e mostrará as medidas que obtiveram maior êxito na Região Metropolitana de Belém (RMB) e que, de acordo com a peculiaridade local daquela Risp, serão colocadas em prática.
O secretário de segurança pública e defesa social do Pará, Ualame Machado lembra os avanços obtidos em todo o estado e que podem ainda ser potencializados para que os crimes reduzam ainda mais.
“O Pará saiu do ranking das unidades da federação mais violentas para o Estado que mais reduziu a criminalidade, e isto muito se deve por conta das ações de prevenção, de ostensividade e de investigação realizadas na Região Metropolitana de Belém, onde a situação era mais crítica. Agora, estamos levando as boas ações para o interior, mas prezando sempre pelas características dos locais. O crime que ocorre em Belém não é o mesmo do que no Sul do Estado, então a estratégia deve ser diferente. E é exatamente isto que o projeto busca”, afirmou Ualame Machado.
Será instalado também o Comitê integrado de Segurança Pública e Defesa Social (Cispeds) para a elaboração de um plano tático a ser executado por meio do processo de gestão integrada. “Nós não levamos como deve ser feito. As ações são construídas de forma coletiva com quem vive as problemáticas dia após dia”, complementou o secretário.
Serviço: O evento será realizado a partir das 10h, no prédio do Sindicato dos Produtores Rurais de Altamira (Siralta), na travessa Bandeirante, nº 427, no bairro Esplanada do Xingu, em Altamira.
