    Tribunal do Júri programa 19 julgamentos para novembro, em Santarém

    A 3ª Vara Criminal, Privativa do Júri, programou para este mês, o julgamento de 19 réus em sessões do Tribunal do Júri de Santarém, no oeste do Pará. De acordo com o juiz Gabriel Veloso de Araújo, a Justiça pretende dar celeridade a processos antigos, que aguardam por uma decisão há bastante tempo. 

    Os primeiros julgamentos estão marcados para serem realizados a partir do dia 3 de novembro, quarta-feira. Nesta semana, serão realizados ainda mais dois júris, quinta (4), e sexta (5). 

    Será a última pauta de júri popular do ano de 2021.

    Dos 19 processos na pauta, sete são de réus que estão presos e aguardam pelo julgamento. Na relação, os processos mais antigos são de 1992 e 1999, envolvem crimes de homicídio. Há ainda processos dos anos de 2009, também de homicídio e casos de feminicídios na agenda da 3ª Vara Criminal a serem levados a júri popular.

    O primeiro réu a ser julgado será Pablo Silva Ribeiro. O crime ocorreu em 12 de agosto de 2021 e teve como vítima Anderson Sousa da Silva, O julgamento dele ocorrerá no dia 3 de novembro.

    Os próximos a sentarem no banco dos réus são Pablo Vieira Leal e Sandro Sousa da Silva, que respondem por crimes qualificados nos artigos 157 e 121 do CP. As vítimas foram Juliane Amaral Cardoso, Juliane dos Santos Bezerra e João Ronaldo Lobato Campos. O crime ocorreu em 25 de outubro de 2015. O julgamento está marcado para o dia 4 de novembro.

    No dia 5, será a vez de Iuri Luis Costa da Rocha enfrentar o jurados. Ele responde pelo crime tipificado no artigo 121, que teve como vítima Elison dos Santos Lopes, crime ocorrido no dia 02 de setembro de 2015.

    No dia 8, Lauri Grinland Duarte Vasconcelos será julgado pelo crime previsto no artigo 121 cuja vítima foi Sérgio Campos Teixeira. O crime ocorreu no dia 25 de julho de 2016.

    No dia 9, Michael do Carmo Rocha senta no banco dos réus para ser julgado pelo crime praticado contra Cleiton Xavier da Silva e o crime ocorreu em 05 de dezembro de 2020.

    No dia 10, será a vez de Lucivaldo Nogueira da Silva e Silvano Almeida dos Santos serem julgados também por crime previsto no artigo 121, cuja vítima é Arlen Pereira Coelho. Crime ocorrido em 16 de abril de 2014.

    No dia 11, Ezequiel Matos Silva enfrenta o júri pelo crime que teve como vítima Renato Alves da Silva. O crime ocorreu no dia 14 de dezembro de 2019.

    No dia 12, Daniel Lameira Mota, Fábio Antonio Santos Sousa e Jonathan dos Santos serão levados a julgamento por crime praticado contra Jedson Mota Fernandes e Pedro Emmanuel Pereira Barroso. Esse julgamento foi remarcado.

    No dia 16, Os réus Adailson Correa Vale e Fábio Alessandro Sousa Santos serão julgados por crimes praticados contra Maclie Costabile do Nascimento. Eles respondem por crimes tipificados no artigo 121, caput, c/c artigo 29 do Código Penal.

    No dia 17, é a vez de Domingos Severo de Melo ser julgado por crime tipificado no artigo 121 cuja vítima foi Everaldo Bentes Silva e outro. O crime ocorreu no dia 10 de setembro de 1999.

    No dia 18, Jamilson Pinto de Sousa enfrenta o júri para responder por crime praticado contra Daniel Pinto de Sá e Sinval Meireles Ferreira. Crime ocorrido no dia 09 de dezembro de 2015. 

    Dia 19, José dos Santos Junior será julgado por crimes previstos no artigo 121, § 4º, c/c. 14, que teve como vítima José dos Santos. O crime ocorreu no dia 04 de julho de 2018.

    Já no dia 22, Evandro Santana Ferreira irá a júri popular responde por crime praticado contra Thyago Luiz da Silva Vasconcelos. Crime ocorrido no dia 06 de janeiro de 2015. 

    No dia 23, Elielson de Sousa Castro será levado a julgamento por um crime ocorrido no dia 14 de dezembro de 2013 cuja vítima foi Ander  Cleverton Soares Cunha. 

    No dia 24 de novembro é a vez de Alexandre Marcelo Pereira da Silva, que responde processo por um crime cometido no dia 08 de dezembro de 2020, que teve como vítima  Aleilson Silva Tavares.

    No dia 25, Marlisson Lira de Oliveira senta no banco dos réus para ser julgado por crime ocorrido no dia 16 de janeiro de 1999, cuja vítima foi Washington Pinheiro Esquerdo.


    No dia 26 de novembro, serão julgados os réus Fabrício Batista Oliveira e Evaldo Sousa Braga, ambos respondem por um crime cometido em 25 de dezembro 2009 que teve como vítima Francinaldo Sousa e Marcileu Lima de Freitas.

    O próximo júri será de Andreilson Sarmento Galúcio que responde por crime praticadocontra Mônica Tacine Rodrigues Galúcio, crime ocorrido em 23 de maio de 2021.

    No dia 30 de novembro é a vez de William Santos Martins, que responde processo por crime praticado em 29 de julho de 2016, cuja vítima é Francinaldo dos Santos Ferreira.

    Novembro é considerado o mês do Tribunal do Júri. O juiz Gabriel Veloso informa que durante as sessões de julgamento, serão seguidos todos os protocolos sanitários e distanciamento social. A presença do público ainda é proibida nesse período de pandemia, na sala de julgamento.
